May 1, 2012 Pay Increase
Pursuant to our CBA, all AirTran flight attendants received a 4% pay increase effective May 1, 2012. This increase is in addition to all annual longevity increases. To see the actual amount of your new hourly rate, please refer to Section 2: Compensation of our CBA (a copy can be found on our websitewww.afaairtran.com).

Uniforms
While our uniform guidelines were relaxed following the AirTran/Southwest merger, it is important that flight attendants still maintain a professional image while in uniform. The Company has become concerned with many instances of flight attendants failing to adhere to even the new relaxed guidelines.

Reserve Grievance Update
Nearly a year ago, we implemented a CBA with significant improvements for all AirTran flight attendants, both Reserves and Lineholders.
Over the next few months, it became clear through submitted documentation that the Company had begun to violate the intent of the Reserve Utilization language almost immediately. Worse, it continues now.
